Week One


The challenge has begun! We want our team to win by a landslide. Why? We truly believe as a result of your hard work the next 8 weeks, you will be living a healthy, fit lifestyle.

Many of you have already started accumulating points. I highly recommend you sign up for group trainings in advance. They are worth 3 points. Also, if you have not received your free personal training session, schedule it during the challenge! You will earn 6 points!!! Finally, be sure to start the food journal, for another 10 points weekly.

We have a strong team! Lets show Team Angie and Matt what they are up against. Make week one a point collecting frenzy!
