If you are trying to do more than one thing a day to earn points, find balance in what you do. You really do not need to do two high intensity cardio sessions back to back. You would be better off pairing a strength class or group training, with a low impact cardio class such as cycling. If you are doing a high intensity class, pair it with yoga or a pilates class. Starting tomorrow, Wednesday the 22 at 8 pm there is a new Aerial Yoga class.
It is easier to train hard than smart! Find balance. Don't over do it!
