Why did you spend $75?


About two and a half weeks ago, you spent $75 to do this challenge. Why did you spend you money to participate in the challenge? Was it to:
  • Motivate you to workout more
  • Get group training for free for two months
  • Be part of a group working toward the same goals
  • Improve your eating habits knowing someone would be looking at what you are eating each day
  • Lose weight
  • Improve lean muscle mass
  • Get a t-shirt
There had to be a reason you sign up for the challenge! Now the question is, are you getting the most out of the challenge? Are you getting a return on your investment (ROI)?

Keep in mind, if we are the winning team, you all get an addicted to results shirt. They are going to be awesome!!! I am in the process of getting the design and shirt picked out. Looks like they will be UnderArmour tees. Every point counts. Be accountable to your team! Lets win the shirts!

We Have The Lead


Team Jordan and Jacki is in the lead thanks to the combined efforts of everyone on the team. You are all doing awesome working attending classes, trainings, documenting your food, and hitting the gym on your own time.
The want to win, is what will drive the effort behind doing your best. In the end whether we win or lose, knowing you gave it your best is what matters most. No could, of should, of would of's, PLEASE!

Strength in Numbers


We are proud to announce everyone on Team Jordan and Jacki has recorded point! So far, we have no slackers.

If you are trying to do more than one thing a day to earn points, find balance in what you do. You really do not need to do two high intensity cardio sessions back to back. You would be better off pairing a strength class or group training, with a low impact cardio class such as cycling. If you are doing a high intensity class, pair it with yoga or a pilates class. Starting tomorrow, Wednesday the 22 at 8 pm there is a new Aerial Yoga class.

It is easier to train hard than smart! Find balance. Don't over do it!

On the Road to Transforming a New You




Jordan and I are confident you are going to transform your body as a result of the challenge. By making healthy choices when eating and exercising regularly, your body composition will change. Your body will burn fat and build lean muscle mass. We highly recommend you take a picture of yourself early on in the challenge. At the end of the challenge, take your picture in the same outfit. If you truly give 100% for the entire challenge, you will be amazed at the results. Transformations will happen!

Week One


The challenge has begun! We want our team to win by a landslide. Why? We truly believe as a result of your hard work the next 8 weeks, you will be living a healthy, fit lifestyle.

Many of you have already started accumulating points. I highly recommend you sign up for group trainings in advance. They are worth 3 points. Also, if you have not received your free personal training session, schedule it during the challenge! You will earn 6 points!!! Finally, be sure to start the food journal, for another 10 points weekly.

We have a strong team! Lets show Team Angie and Matt what they are up against. Make week one a point collecting frenzy!
