Questions

Hello Team!

Now that you are two weeks into the challenge, I would like to know if you have any questions you would like me to answer? Questions about classes, training, diet, etc? Please post a comment and I will reply. As "they" say, no question is too silly to ask. If you have the question, chances are someone else does too!

    I think my food journal was added in twice this week. I put the points in on Thursday after you reviewed and you added it in again on Saturday.
